Utility Customer Service
The mission of Utility Customer Service is to serve our community with an administrative process for establishing and maintaining water, sewer, and garbage services. The Department will carry out its mission through a high quality "Customer Service Program" that offers a variety of payment methods and options by customer-oriented employees during 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday inclusive of the noon hour for convenience.

Please call the non-emergency police line at 361-758-5224 to report a problem after hours, weekends or holidays.

The City provides water, sewer and garbage services. You may sign up in person or use the form below and email or fax.
Utility Billing Request
Please submit a request for a billing investigation using our Report a Utility Billing Issue form. We will investigate all in the order they are received.
