Utility Customer Service
The mission of Utility Customer Service is to serve our community with an administrative process for establishing and maintaining water, sewer, and garbage services. The Department will carry out its mission through a high quality "Customer Service Program" that offers a variety of payment methods and options by customer-oriented employees during 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday inclusive of the noon hour for convenience. A drop box located at the front entrance of City Hall is also available.

Municipal Energy Usage for Calendar Year 2012
The City of Aransas Pass purchases natural gas from CenterPoint Energy. In the calendar year 2012, the City purchased a total of 19,078 cubic feet (MCF) of natural gas.
The City purchases electricity from Direct Energy. In the calendar year 2012, the City purchased a total of 3,482,528 kilowatt hours.
The City purchases water from San Patricio Municipal Water District and the City of Ingleside. In the calendar year 2012, the City purchased a total of 547,672,000 gallons of water; 474,181,000 from San Patricio Municipal Water District and 73,490,000 gallons from the City of Ingleside.
The total cost of natural gas, electricity, and water purchased by the City in the calendar year 2012 is $1,792,456.99.
