ORDINANCE NO. 2011-3992 AN ORDINANCE TERMINATING THE CURRENT THREE YEAR ANNEXATION PLAN AS IMPLEMENTED BY RESOLUTION NO. 2009-624.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARANSAS PASS, TEXAS: SECTION 1: The three year annexation plan as implemented by Resolution No. 2009-624, dated November 16, 2009, is hereby terminated and shall not proceed forward. SECTION 2: This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its approval and passage. PASSED and APPROVED this 21st day of March, 2011.
Notice of Annexation Public Hearing #2
The City of Aransas Pass will be holding a Public Hearing for the purpose of allowing comment, either verbally or in writing, about the adopted 2009 Annexation Plan. This meeting will be held at 7:00 p.m. on February 23, 2011, at the Aransas Pass Civic Center, 700 West Wheeler Avenue, Aransas Pass, Texas 78335. This Public Hearing is to allow interested persons the ability to comment on the 2009 Annexation Plan and the information currently available to the Public. The City and its representatives are not required to respond to comments or questions.
